The Mindfulness Curriculum, Manual for Educators - Year 1
This evidence-based curriculum is a framework and practical resource to support educators in bringing mindfulness into their classrooms. It is based around 20 topics which have been mapped to the Australian Curriculum and supports students at primary school.

The 20 topics are repeated across each year level for repetition and consistency. It makes it really easy to bring mindfulness to life in the classroom, with fun and engaging activities that the students will love!
