The Mindfulness Journal for Students - Year 5
A journal for the individual student to support their learning both in the classroom and at home. This student journal includes 20 engaging mindful activities, based on the topics in The Mindfulness Curriculum and complements the lessons and activities in the Educator Manuals.
This journal is a practical tool to inspire each student to cultivate their own practice of mindfulness, and encourage them to reflect and debrief on their own daily experiences through the act of journaling.
This is a printed student journal for use with year 5. Suitable for ages 10 to 11 years old.
Orders will be packed and delivered twice per week, on Wednesdays and Fridays.
